Welcome to Our Recruitment Page!
We’re thrilled that you’re interested in joining us. Here’s everything you need to know about becoming a cadet at 1475 (Dulwich)
Squadron:
We typically recruit three times a year - in February, June, and October.
Step 1) Submit an Online Application
Start by completing our online application form (linked below). You’ll be asked for some basic details and a short explanation of your interests and motivation for
joining.
Don’t worry - this isn’t a test! There are no right or wrong answers. It simply helps us get to know you better and assess whether our squadron is the right fit for
you.
Please note: we receive a high volume of applications, so we ask that you follow the instructions carefully and submit only one
application.
Step 2) We’ll Review Your Application
Once submitted, one of our staff officers will review your responses. You’ll hear back from us by the date specified on the form.
Step 3) Attend Our Recruit Presentation Evening
If your application is successful, you and your parent(s)/guardian(s) will be invited to attend an in-person recruit presentation evening. This session gives you the
chance to visit the squadron, meet current cadets and staff, learn more about what we offer, and ask any questions before making your final decision to join.
Step 4) Begin Your 12-Week Recruit Training
You’ll be given a start date to begin your 12-week recruit training course. This training programme will teach you the fundamental knowledge and skills you’ll need to
succeed as a cadet.
Thank you once again for your interest in joining 1475 (Dulwich) Squadron ATC. We look forward to meeting many of you soon!
